I was feeling really bad, all of a sudden I found myself holding my head and not being able to get rid of that heavy anxious feeling, I started drinking water and came downstairs to my mum and at that point my heart was beating faster, my mum was like what was wrong and I was like "shh mum", and then I said "it's just a panic attack" and I found myself calm down all of a sudden.
Was that a panic attack? I feel really sad over it. I had no reason to panic AT ALL. I guess the coffee I had for lunch didn't help matters.
