    12 weeks 10mg/20mg

3 weeks on 10mg, 9 weeks on 20mg. Mostly good, and have been for a while. On looking back to the black period of 12 weeks ago and the difference between then and now - it is significant. No crushing anxiety or physical symptoms but still a bit of residual anxiety that ebbs and flows. So up to 30mg in the next few days, which worked out well last time.

Just to add, this is a very important resource. It is a crutch through the first few weeks, providing support from the stories of others. We tend to forget about it after 6 or 8 weeks, when things start to work out, so it is good to pop back in with happy stories as time progresses.

I hope to report back a happy story soon. 8 weeks on the medication total, now going into the third week on 40MG. I hope to feel better soon. If I look back, i'm less panicky, but the daily anxiety is still there. I felt like I couldn't breath properly last night- which made me feel more anxious.
