I was taking a daily inhaler called Breo for, what is believed to be, adult onset asthma. This lasted for about a week until, yesterday, I started to get itchiness like an allergic reaction.
Because of this, my allergist took me off of it and will try another one, but only once my breathing gets bad again.
I'm so terrified that I'll have an asthma attack now. I have a rescue inhaler, but I never know if it's really helping.
I also can't really tell if I'm having asthma symptoms or if it's just anxiety messing with me. Obviously, if I wheeze, I'll use the rescue inhaler, but other than that, it's difficult to tell.
My throat always seems to feel tight, but I think this may be anxiety.
This all started with bronchitis a few months ago. Then I had a cough that wouldn't go away. Soon after that, I developed heartburn. I'm having the heartburn looked into soon.
I just wish I could tell the different between anxiety and asthma.
