I constantly worry about my heart also, have done so for the past 20 years (on and off). Having done so, I can tell you it can become an obsessive cycle. My question is: why do you worry about it? If you have no symptoms (chest pain, whatever) then why worry? Because even if you did have chest pain sometimes, while it would be wise to have it checked, it could also be anything benign, from muscle cramps to anxiety or whatever.
I know this does not answer your question yet, I just didn't want to enter a cycle of worrying even more from what I or anyone could answer to the questions you are (probably irrationally) asking yourself. For no, a "good" pulse and BP does not absolutely guarantee you have a healthy heart, but my bet would be you do if you have no other symptoms other than worrying. Because hey, you could have a high BP (or low) and have no problems originating from the heart either.
If it makes you feel better before I started my current medication my resting heart rate was between 98 and 112 bpm all day every day. Literally nothing wrong with my hear just anxiety.
had an ECG on thursday nothing wrong with me now feel a lot calmer
im prewarning you it will ruin your life the constant checking and habit worrying then everytime you check your BP it will creep up as youll start to worry bout your bp being taken then the worry feeds itself even more even though really your all day BP is prob normal
and there will still be nothing wrong with your heart, then you will start to get Physcosomatic pains in areas that freak you out ie your chest never your big toe.....
jump off that unstoppable train now and throw away any bp machine you may own
