    NAIL BITTING

ok it seems latley ive been on here writing a few very random messages. that because i feel better, my minds alot calmer, dont get me wrong i do get anxious and concerned for my health. but i gotta try and let it go, rarely do i have a full on panic. which i am extreamly gratefull to you all for supporting me. i know this is probably not the end im aware it can happen at anytime. ANYWAY to the point ive been noticing my foods and drink what triggers me off more (like the 6 cups of tea yesterday) also my body language, i have bitten my nails for years and ive noticed doing this when im in thaught to put it! sometimes i dont even know i have done it, SO instead of consentrating on the negative like how im feeling and constantly checking for thaughts and sensations in going to try and consentrate on my nails instead!

DAFT???? yep but i get a reward for not bitting my nails!! a manicure, my friends a nail technichian and shes going to help me keep them all neat. i know this sounds a very minor act and alot of you are suffering as i did, but its the little things they say count. xxx il let you know how i go xx

I think it's a brilliant idea Kimmy I used to bite my nails all the time but have stopped now and it really is a nice feeling to have nice, long nails

    Good idea and plan Kimmy.

Caffiene is a well known stimulant that may make anxiety worse.

    Keep it going.
