I just started the Living Life to the Full program. Not sure on how this is supposed to help as I am just into the first of many exercises but I figured I would give it a shot. The only drawback so far is that there is an audio portion that kind of gives a narrative on how and what you should be doing and the guy that is talking is really monotone and I find my mind wandering horrible. I will let you know how it comes along tho
