Awaiting test results

Hi Guys

Well I am still waiting on the results of my 24 hour monitor. I am soooooooo nervous and driving myself crazy. I'm sure they will find something nasty. I guess thats the anxiety part of it. Still having the stupid heartbeats etc. I just wish i could not worry about them or ignore them.

I'm sure everything will be fine, I have stupid beats as well and there is nothing wrong with me.Do some deep breathing and relaxation this always helps me, anxiety makes you think the worst I know but hang on in there an try tp think positive. I hope all is well.

I think you will find this test very reassuring. Your doctors are doing exactly the right thing to totally eliminate your fears about having any kind of heart or chest problem. When you get the good results you will be free of this worry for ever ! How great does that feel !!
