Is it safe to take my antibiotic at 23:00(11 pm)

Another antibiotic question i know its so confusing to me haha
Basically I've taken a birth control and a paracetamol for my fever and now my antibiotic is due buuut i don't know if i can mix the three so i'm going to leave my antibiotic for another 3 hours so at 23:00 but is that long enough to leave it?

Welllllll thought the issue about birth control and anti-biotics wasn't that they interacted as such, but the anti-biotic made birth control less effective? Someone will come along who knows I'm sure....so its 'safe' in the sense that nothing will happen....but be aware your birth control may not be working. Have you got a leaflet there for the anti-biotic, in the box, it should tell you about what you can/can't take it with ?

Thanks for the advice!
I'm aware my birth control doesn't work well on penicillin just taking it to help period pain.
Was just worried whether i could combine all three tablets but going to wait 4 hours as the paracetamol should wear off by then.
