Have I overdosed?

Hi

Ive taken 25mg of Quitiapine each night since friday night.

Ive just taken a 1mg of Lorazepam.

Im now scared Ive overdosed on medication.

Can anyone advise me?

I presume the Quitiapine is a daily dose prescribed? 1mg Lorazepam is nowhere near what would be considered an overdose. I used to take 1mg.

yes it is a daily dose. Its just that I feel so drowsy from the Quitiapine, Im worried that the Lorazepam would increase my drowsiness and then I would go into CNS failure.

It could make you more drowsy (I guess you should be able to tell by now), but your CNS is not going to fail. I've checked, the LD50 (the dosage level that kills 50% of the test group; it's a old test that is no longer used due to the animal cruelty issues. I'm not sure what the newer tests are) in Mice is 1850mg/kg. I reckon you are much heavier than a mouse so nothing to worry about.
