So, you sit up right and you inhale/exhale quickly through you mouth.You're breathing in and out quickly by sucking in your belly and out. Each exhale makes a loud hissing sound. You're basically hissing loudly.

I would suggest looking at a Youtube video rather than reading instructions. I was miles off what I thought it was supposed to be. It's good and it helps.
