hi im new to this i feel alone with noone to talk to i split with my ex husband two years ago and got with my neighbour of all people shortly after i was on anti depressants but he got me off them recently had joint in jections into my back which has gone wrong now on loads of medication on Sunday i split with my new partner as he tried to strangle me and feel all these panic attacks coming on i wont go out locking myself in my bedroom only feel safe wen my daughter gets home from school please help
