I have been through hell with depersonalization/derealization etc,
I have done nearly everything you could imagine.
Recently I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar. Has to be organic with 'the mother' element in it. Proper Apple cider!
Two tablespoons, 2-3 times a day. Once in morning, then arvo/night and them sometimes before bed.
I no longer have that daunting feeling like things don't feel right. I don't have that spaced out feeling anymore!
I even dropped my valium dose in half!
Im not out of the woods yet with anxiety but this has been a surprising success.
