I mean...it's not going to kill you or anything but you're not exactly giving yourself the best benefit by not taking it as prescribed.

Medication will do nothing for you if you don't allow it to build up in your system, taking it every other day is a waste of time and medication because you will reap no benefit from it.

Why are you only wanting to take it every other day? The only reason you would ever do that is if you are weaning OFF the medication, but this should ONLY be done under the supervision of a doctor.

I only ever did that coming off it. I agree with the first reply. Are you worried your dose is too strong? Only change meds with GP involvement...

I agree about talking to the Dr. I tried weaning off by taking 10mg every other day on my Drs advice. I felt rubbish on the days I missed the dose so went back to 10mg per day and feel good again.
