    PA's and your diaphragm muscle fitness

    I think there's a link between the level of fitness or development in your diaphragm (the muscles that you breathe with inside and below your rib cage) and panic attacks.

    If you've seen the newest Hulk movie then you'll know what it is, as he gets coaching to deal with stress and the guy teaches him breathing exercises.

    They work, for anxiety. Trust me. Try it. Yoga breathing exercises.

    I agree with that completely. Though I can only speak from theory rather than practice.

    I bought a yoga DVD 2 years ago that was specifically for people with breathing difficulties but have to confess I have never used it yet. I would like to try it because when I have breathing problems I do feel there is a stiffness in that area above and below my naval. The two seem to go hand in hand. If I can improve my breathing it would certainly help alot of my anxiety.
