tody i am so scared, i eat heavy lunch and after that took cakes and malt drink, and went home evening, i felt so sleepy and tired, so i rest, after that i go and take a bath to wake me up, then as i am washing my face, i heard my hubby scolded my kids cos they didn't do homework, he's quite loud, then as i am washing my face, i can't breathe, i just feel so breatheless as i pour water on my face, it is so so scary expredience, what's that, the more i tired to pour water to wash my face soap the whole i feel breatheless, i can't breathe, i am gasping for breathe, i am so scared, i thought i can't breathe anymore, or seriously i am sacred. i managed to come out and wipe my face, i am still in shock, suddenly i felt so awake and scared, i forced myself to keep on moving, do housework, teach my kids and do laundry, wow i am so scared in my heart, i feel so scary to be out of breathe, suddenly, any hlep , tips or past expereince? what could be the reason, could it be i ate so much during lunch time, and i am too tired, and thinking worrying abt something @work? why it happen, will i ever have a normal life later?
