Not sure about the pills I'm taking...

Heya, I'm new here. I have a question about some pills I've been given.

This morning my doctor started me on citalopram for depression and diazepam to help me sleep. I thought I read somewhere that the two can react with each other. My doctor seemed pretty confident about giving them to me.

Just wondering if anyone sees a problem there, or if I'm okay. (Haven't started them yet, by the way. Start them tomorrow morning.)

I was given both of these to take along side each other and was taking them for just over a year.
