not sure i can anymore !!!

ok right i had enough now !! im not sure for how much longer i can do this - i have felt not great since saturday - felt sick got headaches - now have got diareah !! i knwo its probably a bug but i feel ill most of the time - i think its my tablets to be honest and i want to come off them - when i feel ill i feel really low - but when im feeling ok in myself i dont feel depressed atall which makes me think its the tabelts giving me side effects !!
Just after a bit of encouragement i think today as i feel really shitty !!

How long have you been on the tablets hun?

I think that a lot of how we feel is to do with what we think about ourselves and vice versa.

If I feel down, I can look in the mirror and think I look awful and fat etc. If I feel good about myself, I look in the mirror and like what I see.

Conversely if I think positive thoughts and stay positive throughout the day, then I feel good too. Its a chicken and egg situation I think hun

Maybe you should go and see your GP if these tablets are making you unwell, they will probably be able to change them for you.

Dont give up though hun, tomorrow will be different from today. Hang on in there and things will get better
