Help Period Early

Hey

So by my count I’m 5 days early and have had my period just happen and I’m freaking out because last time this happened I had bad bowel movements as it was down to stress and I’m scared it’ll happen all over again, I had stress the other day so I’m scared.

Please tell me this is normal?

Hey, I think people do get changes in their periods because of stress. I'm usually a week late if I have experienced stress.

I don't think it is classed as a problem unless the length of your cycle varies by more than a few days most of the time. If it's just once in a while that you're early, because of stress, you're probably fine.
