My health anxiety has been alot better until this morning. Forgive me for the TMI but i went to the bathroom and there was a little blood mixed in with my stool. It was a bit bright red. i went straight to google... what was i thinking. I went again and there was no more blood. It was a one time thing. I have IBS and GERD. Please tell me i dont have to panic.
