[Tricky]

Hi all
I thought i was dealing with this lump in the throat thing but today and mainly the last few hours its driving me insane
For the first time ever tonight i couldn't talk because everytime i did i vomited...it was like the feeling you get if you put your fingers down your throat!!!
I know i've been down the last day or two but i've been very low in the past and never had this...
Has anyone else got this at the mo...as i said its driving me crazy now and i just can't relax
