Hi, not been on here in over a year but recently I’ve been having bad health anxiety! I’ve started panicking about things I was freaking out over last year, the lumps in my arm, arm pain, skin cancer on my face, breast cancer and lymphoma! I’m convinced I’m going to die soon.
The other week in work I touched the side of my neck for some reason and found a tiny lump, don’t think it’s visible not sure as it’s in an awkward position but can definitely feel something, it’s smaller than a centimetre. Scared it’s a tumour or lymphoma. My shoulder and neck have been sore the past couple of days and my eyes have been itchy, I am freaking out.
My family and I have been having a hard time over the past 4 months, and I’ve recently been through something traumatic. I realise I’m very stressed at the moment and don’t know if it’s just manifesting as health anxiety but that doesn’t explain finding an actual lump!
