    Bright yellow stools?

Anyone have bright yellow bowel movements? Not diahrrea, but soft and bright like a highlighter marker or mustard yellow? Anxiety is VERY high for awhile now.

Have you eaten sweet potato or carrots or anything with yellow or orange colouring? Otherwise can be when food passes through your system too quickly.

Nothing food wise. Could too much fiber? I've been eating fiber one bars, I already take Metamucil daily.

Fibre can decrease transit time. Certain bacteria can also effect stool colour
