Anyone used this?

I've been on Temazepam, zopiclone, zolpidem and loprpazolam in the past just to name a few.

I see my doc on the 9th so thought I'd try this before I beg him for something stronger to help me sleep :(

i don there is much else there is an antihistamine don't know what its called but you get a good night's sleep i find zopiclone the best if i take 2 at 12 i sleep till six like you i couldn't sleep kept waking up ..feel for you

Thank you for taking them time to reply really does mean a lot.

At the moment I'm going for 2-3 days at a time(just in the house as I don't do out due to my PTSD) until I just crash on the bed, even then it's a few hours with nightmares in between.

Reason for trying Nytol is I want to show my Psychiatrist that I'm playing ball and trying everything I can, including the whale music etc.
