is this panic or am i about to collapse or die

hi all i was lied in bed watchin tv when my head suddenley went all woozey i went all hot my heart was goin fast and i felt so shakey and after felt so cold.....my head still keeps gettin like a dizzy rush should i b worried .

That sounds like what i get when im getting a panic attack or bad anxiety.

I get horrible head rushes for ages after

ty for the reply just got worried because most people say there attaks start with tight chest ...breathing funny or palpatations....But my panic attacks av always started as dizziness or head rush then i get other symptons so i was worried it may be something else x

Don't worry mine are also identical especially the dizzy hot one minute to freezing shaking the next. If you're like me then you'll be ok after you've gone through cold and shaking as that seems to be the after effects x
