i have weird constipation?

i also noticed that now i have gas pain that travels from my lower back to my upper back. is it concerning? well it's not constantly there so probably not...

Oh, hey, PanickyGuy, that's somewhat reassuring; my diet untl recently has consisted almost exclusively of wholewheat bread, baked beans, weetabix (an intensely fibre-heavy cereal), coffee and, now and then, a few other things. and for the past couple of weeks, after eating a particularly huge load of fibre-heavy products, I've had that same kind of 'soft stools but feel like there's more' going on. This gives me hope that I've just taken on way too much fibre.
