sounds like a song , lol.
I was thinking , as so many of us seem to beat ourselves up for being anxious and feel like we are bad mothers for being ill (as in bottleblond's post) ,
I thought maybe we should all be pointing out what good things we have done in our days ?
It doesnt have to be amazing , but just for us to see and recognise that we do make a difference to our family life in some small yet important way.
example: Today I made my kids porridge and have put their dirty clothes in the washing machine. .
This is what they made us do in our self esteem class and it does make you realise that we are worthy of love and happiness just as much as everyone else.
