I havn't posted on these boards for quite a while as have been feeling great.
However, over the last week i have been getting really stressed out with my work (i'm writing up my phd and its due in in 3 weeks!!)
The thing is my throat has started to feel really tight, and i've started to bring up food again after eating.. it is horrible and is making everything much worse. I know it is anxiety that is causing this but it does not make it any easier as the symptoms are awful.
does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can lessen this anxiety? I know the cause (i.e. the pile of work!) isn't going to go away, but if anyone has any tips to stop this being sick. I don't take any meds and don't really have any time to practice yoga, meditation etc.
i am really at my wits end and can't believe my body is being so ridiculous and unhelpful.
