Hey, this is the newest symptom of my anxiety, it came on a couple of days ago and its driving me mad. I've started worrying myself with stupid thoughts that its going to be there forever. Its particularly bad on dark backgrounds, when I'm doing something that involves taking your mind off your anxiety because you really need to concentrate (like driving) I hardly notice it. But as I said I'm just sitting at the computer screen right now and its doing my head in!

Anyone got over this? And for how long did it last?
