DP and Trazodone used for sleep

I was given Trazodone for sleep years ago and I'm down to 50 mg.
I feel like it's making my depersonalization worse. I feel foggier than ever and sometimes a little dizzy. The feeling gives me anxiety because I'm scared.
Has anyone taken Trazodone and it made your DP/DR worse?

I take 250mg daily for depression and anxiety. There was a time when I stopped taking it, and I noticed no change in DP/DR frequency, which was part of the reason why I went back on it again.
