Spot on breast

I have a red spot on the bottom side of my right breast. It's been there for a few years, just kinda popped up one day. Thankfully before my HA days. I assume it's some kind of stretch mark maybe?

So today it definitely feels a bit more pronounced. It feels like a pimple. I did a self exam and then felt like maybe there is a thickening across the bottom of this breast too. I don’t know if it’s real or if now my HA is contributing.
Also I saw on some other related older threads ppl commenting about how it’s weird to post photos and discuss breast issues. That really bothers me because this forum is for people with HA and if anyone is offended by these discussions then maybe they shouldn’t read them.

There were some pictures posted of breasts that were removed, that is all.

People can see your posts but if they can't relate or help then they probably won't reply.

I would leave it alone, don't keep playing with it and see what happens.

I know how frustrating it is when you are not getting replies.

You say you feel thickening, where are you at in your cycle? What does that mean feel like? I have an area in my breast I was worried was thickening but my Dr said it wasn't. It feels like a rubber band.
