I have had anxiety diagnosed by the doctor. I have not wore a bra for a few weeks as I had a chest muscle spasm and wanted to feel freer. I have started wearing a bra again as I felt like my neck was pulling down.by not wearing a bra. Could the neck pulling be an anxiety symptom? I went to my doctor and she was unsure.

I'm not sure what you mean by "pulling", do you mean your throat feels tight? If so, I'm pretty sure that can be an anxiety symptom.

I think I know what you mean, and could it not just be the effect of gravity?? Your boobs hang so they pull on your skin? Or they are heavy so they make your chest feel heavy?
I’d say it’s nothing to worry about.
