Rescue remedy and kalms

Sometimes herbal remdies effect people in different wants. I find 5HTP helps me sleep and puts me in a good mood next day but it also makes me feel nauseous in the night - and valerian makes me feel icky as well.Wenjoy x

I use the rescue remedies, day time and night time, and have to say they do work for me. I didnt think they would, but before i drive or go out i have a squirt and im amazingly fine ! I found it very hard to drive and go in supermarkets, but now i can manage it, perfectly fine, not sure iff its all subconcious but i dont care lol !

Also you can buy any of these from the NMP shop, also boots or any health shop. I buy them from the NMP as it gives a small donation to the site.

I have heard the same thing about Rescue Remedies. You can also use them on nervious dogs and cats.
