I am really worried now, I sat up in bed, snot (or so I thought) came down back of nose, spat it out and it was blood. Pure blood. Feels sore past roof of mouth going up into nose.

maybe you had a slight nosebleed in night and it goes down back of your throat im sure its not cancer has it happened again since?
