Please help me, I can't cope

I'm 31 weeks pregnant. I had my echo this week and all was good and cardiologist said my heart looks very good. Have also had several ECGs. My fear of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy has gone. But my heart continues to flutter worse than ever and skip all sorts of beats so I am back to square one. If anything, the flutters and skips are worse than ever. There seems to be no rhythm to my pulse. 1 day of reassurance I had. 1 day of feeling good. I'm also feeling faint and dizzy and weird when i'm walking or even jut sitting down. This has to be because of my heart. Are there things that the echo can miss? I just know I'm dying and something isn't being picked up. I keep getting head rushes too. I can feel myself spiralling out of control. I just want to live. These palpitations are relentless and are killing me but nobody cares. They're giving me a 24 hour monitor at some point because of my erratic pulse. This CANNOT be anxiety. Please someone help me get out of this hole.

There seems to be no rhythm to my pulse.
There isn't a rhythm like you'd expect there to be a rhythm.

If you're checking it with your fingers, you won't ever feel a normal pattern.

Some beats are stronger, some weaker. Some register some don't.

If you've had a professional test, and all is well, then you are golden.

    Those tests are brilliant.

So what would you say to somebody like me who has had these palps for over 40 years, that I've had heart disease all this time and all the tests have missed it? As has been said many times, although extremely uncomfortable and scary, they are benign. ..and are loads worse during pregnancy, which is unfortunately a time when you can't take certain meds that would ease them.

But how would the dizziness and feeling faint be explained?

Dizziness and feeling faint are common, and a part of being human most of the time.

Anxiety certainly causes dizziness and feeling faint.

As does dehydration, low blood sugar...... the list goes on. Nowt to do with your heart.

I wish I could believe that but I just know it's to do with my heart. It's giving out on me. I know I'm dying. When I've had these spells in hospital, my blood sugar has always checked out as fine

    It's up to you.

You can choose to look at all the evidence that points at things being fine.

cardiologist said my heart looks very good
Or you can follow that anxious/panicky voice that assumes its your heart.

Sometimes what we think are "flutters" and "missed beats" are actually other things.

It's all bought on by your anxiety and worry I can assure you that.
