Itchy skin?

Does anybody else get itchy skin, I've had it about a few months ago and it went away but recently it's come back and mainly itchy down below.

Not sure if it's sweat or stress. I have had a stressful week earlier in the week i kept itchy my hands and other places for no reason. The more I itchy the more i keep itching.

I put some cream on it which seems to sort it out for now but does anybody else get itches and should I worry or just see it as another anxiety symptom? I think it may be because I am stressed and anxious i get more irritated and not able to relax?

I get itchy from time to time mainly on my head, face and upper back and chest.
I found E45 cream to be quite good for on my face when it was fairly bad.

Some antidepressants can cause skin itching, or it may be too much histamine. Get some anti-histamine tablets and see if that helps.

I get really itchy when I am stressed, it is soooo frustrating.
Mine comes and goes so think it is stress/anx related.

a shower helps me.
