Long time anxious/agoraphobic/OCD person :)

Hi all!

I'm Ange. A 30 something, long time anxious person (I'm sure I was born this way).

Last Sunday, my problems finally came to a head when I had an intense and terrifying panic attack which has flipped my world upside down.

I've been in an almost constant state of panic since. Oddly enough, the initial attack was so terrifying that I no longer enjoy sitting in doors so much. I've been agoraphobic for years so this is a strange paradox.

I've since decided to take control and try medication. Namely, 10mg of Citalopram. I'm still in the settling in phase, so there's good days and bad. But I am all in now and want to fix this once and for all. Or at least learn to live again.
