Hey everyone. I've been posting on this forum for a few months now. I recently began taking my medication at a new time. Prior, I used to take it before bed as it helped me sleep, but it started having the opposite effect after all of these years, so I now take it in the morning, which has seemed to work thus far.

However, I ate breakfast with the sertraline (100 mg) this morning and noticed that it hit me very strongly. I began to feel a little light headed and jittery. Has anyone else experienced this when taking their medication with food? All I ate was peanut butter and a banana, hardly enough to cause any indigestion issues. I'm pretty sure it's the medication as I usually don't feel it this strongly when I take it.

BTW, I've been on this medication or 13 years, so the medicine is not new to my system.
