    Fear of eating raw chicken

    So I had chicken and pasta for dinner, and my dad made it a different way he fried it and put it in the oven for 30 minutes but it was really tender now I'm freaking out about salmonella and now my stomach hurts I don't know if is from anxiety or that :(

    If you're not throwing up then I guess the stomach pain is anxiety. I get stomach pain too when I'm anxious. It's awful. How are you feeling now?

    fried and put in the oven will make sure its cooked. As long as it wasnt pink in the middle youre good to go
