    sweet spot?

Hi. I'm sorry to be starting yet another topic, but I haven't had the opportuinty to compare notes with other sufferer before. I'm wondering if this is normal:

I have a spot on my back - right between the shoulder blades - that aches when I get anxious and I have a tremendous feeling of relief if someone puts their hand there. does anyone else have something similar?

    Hi there
Sounds like when you get anxious you must hold alot of tension there and when someone puts their hand on it - it relieves some of the tension.
I have noticed that when I am anxious I tense certain parts of my body subconciously (my neck and jaw mostly).

Me too - i find that my neck shoulders and jaw get very tense. Also i get the tight band around my head. A good soothing touch always help to relieve the tension!
