I swear I have every symptom of ms

I'm 33 and female. Yes I suffer from health anxiety but I swear I ha e ALL symptoms of ms.

weak muscles (1 arm, both legs)
cramps stiff numb(sort of) hand
unbalance
twitches
feeling of arousal without asctually being aroused
goosebumps feeling on head occasionally
rls
need to wee constantly

Any thoughts? I'm feeling scared, incredibly anxious

yes I try to remind myself of that but ms is the scary one so that's the one my anxious mind believes
