I would like to say thank you for posting the link to the CBT for panic program. I've had a difficult year so far with anxiety and I'm finally feeling some relief now. I especially enjoyed the obsessional thoughts ebook and I have found the videos and mp3s useful. I listened to moving forward yesterday which reminded me that I need to go out and practice daily. I go outside everyday but I don't push my boundaries often enough so that was a good reminder.

It's been a long Winter here in New Hampshire and even though it's Spring we still have snow on the ground. I find driving difficult, especially when there's snow and ice but it's all melting now and I'm hoping to push myself to go much further this year and to make a lot of progress. I wouldn't have found this program or tried it if I didn't see it posted in this forum so thank you again for posting it.
