I think especially for those of us with low self esteem it really makes you think. I know I pick faults with my appearance all the time and my husband (because he is so lovely ) says it is not like I say at all. I would never believe him as I have been criticised a lot and bullied in the past but now I am learning to say thank you to people who compliment me and starting to believe that yes they are being truthful
