Fear of allergic reaction

Ok now I have had this for years, but now I am getting it with food I've eaten my whole life and even diazepam! I have no idea how to get over this. I have 2 epi pens for the kids, but we're 15 mins from the hospital, which scares me.

Do you always get a rash first, how do I know if the tight feeling in my throat is from a reaction or panic?

dont panic the tight feeling can be from panic i have it and it can feel like an ashma[sorry cant spell] attack its awful x

it drives me nuts, every time I take a valium it feels like my throat is swollen

I have a phobia of being allergic to things. I wont try ANYTHING new. And I keep away from nuts like the plague. Even though I remember eating them as a kid.
When I do eat nuts now on the ODD occasion i dont know theyre in what im eating, my throat goes tight.. just because im worrying. its not real atall.
If you have eaten the foods before, you WONT be allergic to them. it doesnt work like that x x x x x x x
