Strange sensation under left rib

Hi
Over the past few months I have had a feeling of pressure under my left rib.I thought I'd hurt myself at yoga but it is still there even tho I haven't been to yoga all summer. I have been to the GP twice and seen 2 doctors who have no concern it is anything 'sinister'. They can't feel anything. It does not hurt but is uncomfortable. It is possibly worse before and during a period. I have had a,lot of stresses over the past few months looking after my mother in law with terminal cancer- she died 2 weeks ago.
I am trying not to worry but is it my liver or pancreas?
Anyone else had this?

I posted something similar in the IBS forum, and another person posted today in the SYMPTOMS forum. LOL
I think mine is caused by trapped gas.
