medication with cbt

wondered how many of you are on anti-depressants and how do you find it helps with your health anxiety.........also which one are you using?

Citalopram 20mg saved me, literally. Ive been on it pretty much since my anxiety started in January, im getting weaned down to 10mg soon..due to being in recovery stage now. Citalopram is an SSRI which are well known for being a verrrry effective type of anti-depressant and anti-anxiety med. Citalopram does both, and its also one of the very few that dont have many side effects, of course u do get some but not as many as other tablets. Citalopram was recommended to me by a Paramedic who came out to my house when i thought i was having a heart attack.. it was also my doctors first choice. I havent looked back. Good luck x
