head presure and dizziness

hi all,

here i am again with another issue! for about 4 days now i have been having whirlling sensations and a feeling of pressure behind my eyes and temples, i also get weak shakey arms and legs with it and i am now starting to feel sick with it, really tense and doing alot of jaw clenching as im very scared of what it might be, brain tumor etc.

can anybody help me out please?

Hello saintdee i can relate to all of these that you are saying i thought the same brain tumor its just the horroble anxiety symptom try not to worry i get wobble legs all the time its as if you are drunk hope this helps you.

Could be anxiety or an inner ear infection.. if its a spinning feeling like the room is spinning it may be the inner ear..
