problems with my throat

hello again! i know its a double hander from me today but i have just had dinner and i find if i sit at the computer i am giving my food the best chance of getting all the way down without any interuptions!! My posture etc.
I am seeing the throat chappy on August 24th, when i suppose he will have a look and then tell me when i have the endoscopy, but to be truthful I am hoping by the time my appointment comes, that my throat will feel nearly normal and he will say 'no problem here kate!' and then of course my next wish is that i believe him! lol
Gosh that sounds awfully hot. I would never cope! It has been a nice evening here. Gentle breeze and a little late sun. Do you come back often? (presuming that this is your home?)
You made me laugh when you said you dont care about the other stuff..just get your throat sorted!! Im so with you. I keep getting headaches and i really could not care less, its my throat and chest!
So will you go and have these other tests do you think? I know nothing about this area (like im a specialist in others!) so i cant tell if he is being reasonable or not. What do you think?
I meant to ask you if your family understand where you are coming from? My mother thankfully does but i do find myself grinning and bearing it with my sister. She thinks i should pull myself together. Yes, its that easy apparently!
If i were in Dubai in that heat i should be wanting a lovely cold vodka and tonic and as i cant i shall forget that little daydream! You said that you miss wine? What do you find yourself eating? Vegetable and more vegetables here..

I do exactly the same when I have eaten! it helps to be distracted.

Fingers crossed for your appointment on the 24th, you made me laugh saying its a different matter if you believe him! I get like that!

It is so hot here at the moment! I avoid going outside. I am normally back in the UK about 4 times a year! actually supposed to be flying out on the 25th August to London and Ireland!

I have to go and have the other tests in 2 hours! I don't know if he is being reasonable myself! I don't even know much about any of it all! But finally when I get the attention I want from the docs ifs for the wrong bloody thing LOL!!!

I am with you on the whole day dreaming thing! have you got any plans to take a break and go on holiday? At the moment I am eating really bland food vegetables and sometimes pasta! it does not get much more interesting then that!

How were the tests? How ironic that you get all this but not for the thing you are worried about! Sods law.
Your vegetables and pasta sound very familiar..unfortunately...lol. LAst night however i steamed lots of vegetables with some garlic and soy sauce and then made some rice noodles. It was the yummiest thing i have tasted in ages!! at last some flavour!! and touch wood i seem to be ok. Some chillis in it would have topped it off nicely but obviously no can do!
Are you back here seeing family?
We are planning to go to spain by train (i have developed a panic about flying...) and i have 18 days holiday to take before the end of november so if i can muster my courage at being away from home and my doctor..i may well go..i think it will be good for me.
Is it possible to email somebody on this website..? i was thinking that this posting is getting quite long now but i don get soem support from talking to somebody who is experiencing the same symptoms as me.
Let me know how the hospital went today.
