Which is harder to deal with for y'all?

OCD about a very specific thing, or generalized anxiety? For me, it would be the first. Like, oftentimes, I can't turn off my brain when it's happening to me. As for the second, I often feel like I'm inches away from being in a good mood, I just have to relax myself or something.

...This thread hasn't exactly aged all that well. Trying not to feed my OCD thoughts has turned them into a monster hybrid of OCD and GAD which makes it hard to relax myself. In the case of my thoughts, I think there's a tremendous improvement in that I now know that I no longer have to be sure about everything, but otherwise, I still find it hard to relax myself a lot.
