Hi All
Well it has been a while and i have been doing good for the last few years BUT had a very stressful summer and then had UTI which refuses to go away. This has now led to me wanting the loo, feels like constantly some days. i am beginning to feel the old panic take hold and do not want to leave the house - when i 'relax' it seems to pass but then other times it is overwhelming. Fed up to be honest - wondered if anxiety symptoms can return after a genuine illness and mimic that illness

When you say UTI are you still testing positive for infection or is it just lingering symptoms?
There's a thing called irritable bladder too which can cause UTI like symptoms.

Have you tried canberry juice, or the tablets ? They've been proven to help by stopping bacteria from sticking so you can flush them out easier.
Also raw garlic and garlic tablets kill bacteria too

maybe you should get a referral to a specialist doctor if you're not getting any better?

My anxiety went away for four years and came back 5 weeks ago after pure stress. So annoying.
