hello I have been prescribed 10mg of propranolol 3 times daily and after a few weeks take when needed. Im terrible at reading things on the net re.side effects etc its making me panic about taking them...I know im being silly.....

candle i am so cautious. will not even take herbal things without having a panic attack. but i took those. no side effects and helped with heart jumps. give them a go
thankyou Jackie I will start taking them and they are a low dosage if taking 3 times a day what are the best times to take..thaks

hi i've been on propranolol the only words of caution i would give you is that if you have ever had asthma be very carefull .but apart from that they are really good.

candle i thin k take meds during the day as you always feel more afraid of effects at night. not that there are any. i swear they will be fine.

iam on them and there realy good i got a few side affects from them like dry eyes and being tired feelt a bit sick but only in the 1st 2 weeks i have to 20mg 3 times a day or when i feel like i am going to have a panic att, i found them realy help full.
